All replacement parts sold by TLF Parts come with a lifetime warranty.
This warranty covers defects and functional issues that may occur in the future, provided there is no physical or internal damage to the part.
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid damage, improper installation techniques)
Misuse (using the product for anything other than its intended purpose)
Natural wear and tear over time
All batteries we sell come with a 1-year warranty.
This covers manufacturing defects or issues within one year of purchase.
Exclusions:
Swelling, punctures, or physical damage
Batteries damaged by improper charging, installation, or misuse
All tools and supplies carry a 30-day warranty (unless otherwise specified).
This covers manufacturing defects or issues identified within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions:
Physical damage caused by the customer
Excessive wear and tear from use
All Genuine Apple Parts come with a 60-day warranty from the purchase date.
Requirements:
Item must be completely sealed in its original unopened packaging.
If the seal is broken, the item is not eligible for return or warranty, even if unused.
This ensures all customers receive genuine, high-quality Apple components.
Step 1 – Log in to your account
Go to www.tlfparts.nl → Login → My Account → Orders.
Step 2 – Select your order
Choose the order containing the product you want to return and click View Order.
Step 3 – Request a return
Scroll down to Order Return Requests and click Return Product(s).
Step 4 – Provide reason & proof
Select the product(s) and reason (wrong item, not compatible, defective, damaged during delivery, etc.).
Upload photos and/or videos if applicable. You may also send them via WhatsApp or email.
Step 5 – Inspection
Our RMA team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
Step 6 – Refund or replacement
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days using the original payment method.
Alternatively, you may choose a replacement product, which will be shipped with your next order.
Products must be returned in original packaging and securely packed.
Installed, used, or physically damaged products are not eligible unless confirmed as defective under warranty.
Transport damage must be reported on the same day of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
